We play a major role in new build and refurbishment. AMEC has worked on the build of every civil nuclear power station dating back to the 1950s in the UK and are using this experience to assist operators globally in life extension, operational improvement and new reactor build programmes. In Canada, we are a partner in an integrated team undertaking the technically demanding multi-billion dollar Bruce Power Reactor Restart in Ontario.
