Jock Green-Armytage

Chairman

Jock was appointed non-executive Chairman to AMEC in January 2004, having joined the board as a non-executive director in 1996.

He was previously the senior corporate financier at the merchant bank N M Rothschild and has headed three major companies, his experience encompassing aviation, heavy electrical equipment, fire protection, automotives, textiles and gas.

Born in Canada, he holds a BA (Economics) from McGill University, Montreal, and an MBA from Columbia University, New York.
